1. Returns

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Item must be unused, in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is damaged or incorrect).

2. Exchanges

• Defective or wrong items can be exchanged within 14 days.

• Contact our team at support@connectifyonline.love with your order number and photos.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
